HOW TO BE A ELITE TEAM ?

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TWO BE A ELITE TEAM IN THE NBA?

I think teams these days play off confidence and not pressure which two me needs to be all in one teams need two focus more on  how to stop the other team than how many point were going to score or your star player shooting the ball 50 + times a night. The question i think would be for a team to be elite is why is it so hard for us  to focus  on defense when defense wins championship buts offense wins popularity fans when that doesn't really matter what matters  is how your going to stop your opponent's game plan and  be ready to counter there strategy Like the Boston Celtics there leadership goes down from coaches and players Doc. Rivers with the help of veteran leadership Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce Ray Allen and Sam Cassell that's what makes a team go when there  defense is the focus of your game and not scoring every time i think a elite team has  to be mentally tough and alble to play under pressure when the game is on the line most teams get rattled just!! stay calm all coaches scream that down the stretch its a fact just ask Gregg Popovich of the spurs just saying please feel free to comment  your opinion on a Elite Team?
