Montreal Canadiens-Philadelphia Flyers: Habs Look To Bounce Back Tonight

Daniel ArouchianSenior Analyst IDecember 18, 2008

After a frustrating game against the Carolina Hurricanes, the Habs are back in Montreal for tonight's game against the Flyers.

The defence core will enjoy the return of Mike Komisarek who was absent since November 13,2008 with a shoulder injury. He will join Andrei Markov on the blue line.

Roman Hamrlik will be joined by Josh Gorges. Francis Bouillon and Patrice Brisebois will now play together.  Ryan O'Byrne will be the odd man out tonight.

Guy Carbonneau tweaked his lines once more.

Tomas Plekanec, Alex Kovalev and Andrei Kostitsyn are back together. The trio had a total of 90 goals in the 2007-08 season.

Robert Lang, Alex Tanguay and Matt D'Agostini will be on the second line.

Guillaume Latendresse will join Maxim Lapierre and Tom Kostopoulos for the third line.

Georges Laraque is back in action as well. He'll be used with Sergei Kostitsyn and Steve Bégin.

Jaroslav Halak will be in net for his fifth start tonight.

Game time is 7 p.m. Eastern on CBC and RDS. You can also watch it on CSN-PH.
