Key Matchup: Karim Benzema vs. Adil Rami

Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema will be going up fellow Frenchman Adil Rami, a center back for Valencia, in an important matchup on Saturday.

What They're Saying

Roberto Soldado said the following about Valencia being able to stay at the top of the league table, via A Different League:

“We are there and we need to lengthen the distance between us and the others as far as possible. We want to be with Madrid and Barcelona until the end of the season, and we want to win on Saturday because psychologically it would be great to win against such a strong team as Real Madrid,” he said. “We learned a lesson last season and will go into the game on Saturday with all the confidence in the world and knowing we can win.”

Prediction: Real Madrid wins 3-2

Real Madrid has too many attacking players not to score three goals and win this game. Benzema and Ronaldo are in form and leading Madrid to comfortable victories.

Valencia will not be able to keep up with the goal scoring of the powerful Madrid attacking talent.
