When he tore his hamstring in the Big 12 Championship Game, OSU running back DeMarco Murray at that point took himself out of the "running" for a chance to play in the BCS (or "BS") Championship Game in January...you don't want to wish ill wind, but why were my beloved Tigers unable to take advantage of that?
