O.J. Simpson and Michael Vick Become Cellmates, Form A Knitting Circle (humor)

In a surprise move on Saturday, the United States Department of Justice has sentenced Hall-of-Fame murderer O.J. Simpson to serve his 9- to 33-year prison term in the same cell as dog enthusiast Michael Vick.

Reports are that the psychiatrist involved in the transfer as quantifiable evidence that the two men will actually have a positive affect on one and other. And, not less than two days after the cell door was closed, the two men were witnessed crocheting an afghan.

Vick, who is serving the tail end of his 23-month sentence for his involvement in a dog fighting ring, seemed to have been hesitant to share the jail cell with Simpson.

Perhaps because of Simpson's success as a running back in the NFL, perhaps because he was afraid to be shanked in the night.

However, the two seemed to bond quickly as Vick admitted that The Naked Gun was one of his favorite movies of all time, and the scene at the beginning where all the goofy sh*t happens to Nordberg (played by Simpson) always makes him "laugh my f***ing ass off."

Not long after, the two were seen having long conversations that ranged from dog grooming tips to how to find a really good fitting pair of leather gloves. The two seemed to be becoming the best of friends.

Then, early Saturday, guards were called to break up a fight between the two men. Five prison guards in full riot gear and equipped with tear gas were needed to pry the two men apart after an argument began as to whether knitting or sewing was a more "manly" endeavor. It is not known at this time which man supported which craft.

Though some experts speculate that due to a knitting needles smooth and graceful stabbing motion, perhaps Simpson was in favor of making sweaters.

The two men have since resolved their differences and reached out to other inmates, forming a knitting circle that they have named COCKS or "Cons Organized to Crochet and Knit Sh*t".

The circle seems to be an early success. So much so that Vick seems to be a bit remorseful that he will not be able to spend more time in prison.

In fact, there seem to be a lot of people out there that wish Vick would be spending more time in prison.

However, it is more likely that people are still pissed about the killing and rape cages versus being happy that Vick likes to sew.
