I’ve been watching professional wrestling since I was four years old and one thing is for sure, you can always tell who possess the “it” factor.
We could go on and on about the list of individuals who have impacted the world of wrestling from not only their mic skills but also their in-ring ability.
Dolph Ziggler is one of those people you can say possesses that attribute. The “it” factor is much more than an attribute that makes you great in the ring, it also addresses your personality and your overall looks as well.
The Showstopper, Shawn Michaels, possessed them, which was mainly the reason his career sky rocketed to the top (well, minus the whole time when he was naked in Playgirl). Ziggler’s attitude, yet alone personality and in-ring ability, can easily be identified alongside with some of the greats.
But rather than state the obvious, I’m going to talk about where I see Zig in a few years. As of right now, I’m hoping he actually drops the title to Zack Ryder at Survivor Series and goes on and gets a title shot for the Intercontinental championship.
So far with the cougar beast at his side (Vickie Guerrero), he has done well as the US champ, but there is much more in his future then just a simple title like the US.
If he moves on and Vince McMahon sees that he’s the one who should be in line for the next IC run, it’s only a matter of time that he gets the push for either the WWE or World title.
Also, Zig possess an amazing ability to cut a SICK promo, which many wrestlers lack in their career. Dolph has the ability; let’s just see if WWE moves in the right direction this time.
