Lindsay Jones, of the Denver Post reported this evening that Denver Broncos EVP of football operations was at the Stanford practice today.

Jones wrote "Associated Press reporter Antonio Gonzalez reported via Twitter Wednesday afternoon that Elway is watching Stanford, and star quarterback Andrew Luck, practice in Palo Alto."

This isn't the first visit Mr. Elway has made to watch Luck, so maybe there are things in the wind. My opinion is that there definitely is another QB in the Bronco's future, and we should expect it to be a very high draft pick or a very good free agent.

But then Stanford also happens to be Elway's alma mater, so maybe he was just there to relive old times.
