In Week 8 the lineups are mostly set and there is a grasp on what the starters look like for each fantasy team during the week.

It is not time to start being too fancy. Stick with the players that have proven themselves. There are some sleepers out there, but they are going to be few and far between at this point.

Here are three QBs that should not even be considered this week.

Tim Tebow

Tim Tebow is a winner, but this does not mean that he is going to help win in fantasy.

He had his first start last week against the Miami Dolphins and it was one to remember because of the comeback that Tebow led the Broncos to.

However, Tebow is not a fantasy quarterback. The Broncos will not have a chance to win if Tebow throws a lot, which means that his main way of earning points as a quarterback will be shut down.

Tebow also has not proven that he has accuracy, so there is always potential there for the picks and ending of drives prematurely.

Tim Tebow will not be the winner that is needed for fantasy football.

Kevin Kolb

Kevin Kolb has so much potential, which is why his name has been talked about for the past few seasons even though he was not a starter.

It is a shame that the potential that he has is not being shown this season. Instead, he is having a rough go of it and will continue to do so against the strong Baltimore Ravens defense.

Don't expect him to do very much in terms of fantasy numbers this week because he will not have enough time in possession.

Blaine Gabbert

Blaine Gabbert will be an important player in the future as far as fantasy football goes.

He is an accurate passer who’s game one must be patient with, but anyone who has watched him plays knows that he is already maturing as a starter.

However, Gabbert is not ready to lead a fantasy team in the matchup this week against the Houston Texans.

The Texans' defense has been strong this season, especially with the injuries on offense.

Look for the Texans to hold Blaine Gabbert and make him humble.
