LAS VEGAS- Phillies general manager Ruben Amaro Jr. says the Phillies should make a move to add a player to the roster on Wednesday.

"Pending a physical, we should have something done in an hour or so," Amaro said.

Amaro added that, "It's a smaller deal."

A source close to the front-office has told me the deal will bring Pirates catcher Ronny Paulino to the Phillies in exchange for Jason Jaramillo.
