The Miami Hurricanes return to Thursday night football with a critical game on their plate.

Miami had a heart-breaking stretch of their season with last second losses to Kansas State and Virginia Tech, but have stormed back into contention with back-to-back win against Coastal rivals North Carolina and Georgia Tech.

Tonight, they take on a Virginia team reeling from a disappointing loss at home to North Carolina State. The Cavaliers had hoped to build on the momentum of defeating previously undefeated Georgia Tech, but instead must face a short week and travel to a state where they have only one won game in the history of their program.

However, that win was an absolute crushing of the Miami Hurricanes in the last regular season game ever played at the Orange Bowl.

Can Virginia recreate that magic, pull off another huge upset and try to make it back to a bowl game for the first time in 2007?

Will Miami continue its turnaround and put itself in position to challenge not only for a top tier goal, but an outside chance of capturing their first Coastal Division title since joining the ACC?

We will find out in just minutes!
