Rumor has it the Yankees are on the verge of signing CC Sabathia to a seven-year deal worth around $160 million. Obviously, Yankees fans will have many questions about how CC will perform after pitching nearly every single day in Milwaukee last year, how he will adapt to New York, etc. But there are some questions that are more pressing than others, including:

-Will Sabathia be able to live up to the standards of former portly Yankees pitchers, like David Wells and Sidney Ponson?

-Upon changing teams for the first time, he changed his name from C.C. to CC; will he now change his name to C-Saw?

-Yankees fans booed LaTroy Hawkins when he initially wore Paul O'Neill's No. 21. Will they boo Sabathia when he wears Jose Contreras' No. 52?

-Will the Yankees let Sabathia hit for himself, considering he's probably a better hitter than current DH Hideki Matsui?

-With one former Cleveland star now in New York, can LeBron James be far behind?

Obviously, there are other questions that will tickle Yankees fans, but I think these are really the most prominent.
