Between the byes, the underachieving and the injuries, Week 7 was a painful for a lot of fantasy owners.

Unless of course you owned DeMarco Murray, who exploded onto the scene last Sunday and is poised to prove he isn’t a one-week wonder in Week 8 against the Eagles' awful run D.

Rookie QB Christian Ponder also proved the Vikings were right to bench disappointing Donovan McNabb and looks like a viable fantasy starter this week in a matchup against fellow rookie sensation Cam Newton.

Talented wideouts Michael Crabtree and Antonio Brown are also coming off strong performances, and will have favorable matchups this weekend. The schedule isn’t so favorable to supposed stud wideout Sidney Rice or emerging every-down back Montario Hardesty, both of whom face defenses designed to stop what they do best.

Bleacher Reporter Fantasy Football Expert Owen Clark dives deeper into the sit-or-start debate, and explains why the Rams run defense is like Don Draper’s hair in the Week 8 edition of Sit or Start.
