The Jacksonville Jaguars host the Baltimore Ravens tonight and face a daunting challenge against one of the league's premier defenses.
Rookie quarterback Blaine Gabbert will continue trying to develop into the next star for the Jaguars, but it's clear he has some work to do. Through five games he's completed under 50 percent of his passes and has averaged 143.4 passing yards per game with four touchdowns and two interceptions.
Gabbert does have running back Maurice Jones-Drew on his side, however. Jones-Drew has already amassed 572 rushing yards, but has had trouble finding the end zone with just two touchdowns.
The Ravens are allowing a league-best 14.2 points per game headed into Week 7's matchup. They rank third in rushing defense and eighth in passing defense.
The Jaguars, on the other hand, have averaged just 12 points per game, good for second-worst in the league. They rank last in passing yards per game.
Stay tuned for commentary and reaction throughout the league as the Jaguars and Ravens battle it out in Jacksonville.
