TNA IMPACT Oct. 27, 2011: A Preview for What Looks to Be Another Awesome Show

0 of 9

Coming off of the biggest show of the year and a Total Nonstop Talking episode of IMPACT last week, the 'wrestling matters' moniker looks to be in full effect for this Thursday's show.

So far, there are five matches announced for the show.

So why is this Thursday's IMPACT a can't miss episode?

Here's a preview to the big night.

James Storm's First Week as Champion

1 of 9

James Storm defeated Kurt Angle last week for the World Heavyweight Championship.

This is Storm's first ever time as World Champion and he will address the fans about his big win and his future as Heavyweight Champion.

With Storm being the first TNA original to hold the title since AJ Styles back in April of 2010, what'll the new champ have to say?

Sting's the New GM

2 of 9

Last week, upon regaining power over IMPACT Wrestling, Dixie Carter appointed "The Icon" Sting as the new general manager.

Last week, Sting's first act as new GM was a World title match. What's "The Icon" have in store next?

Daniels vs. RVD

3 of 9

For the first time ever, Christopher Daniels will go one-on-one with Rob Van Dam.

These two guys were X Division before there even was an X Division.

You can expect a lot of great back and forth action between these two X Division veterans.

Gail Kim's First Match Back!

4 of 9

Gail Kim had a shocking return last week. She attacked the Knockouts Champion, Velvet Sky, and aligned herself with Madison Rayne and the VP of the Knockouts Division, Karen Jarrett.

With Gail Kim finally back in the house she built, the Knockouts division, her first match back will be against four time Knockouts Champion, Tara!

Can Gail Kim take back what she started? That being the Knockouts division.

Gail Kim's first match back in IMPACT Wrestling.

TV Title Match

5 of 9

This seems to happen once every month.

Last month, Eric Young retained his title against Robbie E in a match. Now, Robbie wants a rematch and has big Rob Terry in his corner.

The TV title is on the line in this rematch.

Will EY's long reign finally end?

What's Next for Garrett Bischoff?

6 of 9

Eric Bischoff's son, Garrett, has been known as an IMPACT referee, Jackson James, for almost a year now.

At Bound For Glory it was revealed that Jackson's real name is Garrett and he was in Immortal the entire time. Eric Bischoff wanted his son to rig the match between Hogan and Sting but after Hogan tapped out, Garrett called for the bell.

Following the match, Eric hit his own son with a chair.

The following IMPACT, Garrett struck back and knocked out his own dad.

    What's next for Garrett Bischoff?

What's Next for Hulk Hogan?

7 of 9

Hulkamania is back in his red and yellow and aligned himself with Sting.

Still angry about BFG, Immortal confronted Hulk twice on IMPACT last week. Just when Immortal was moving in to take Hogan out, Sting arrived baseball bat in hand.

Immortal ran off but Sting can't protect Hogan forever.

What's next between Hulk Hogan, Immortal and Sting?

Jeff Hardy's First Match Back

8 of 9

Since screwing up big time at Victory Road, Jeff Hardy hadn't been seen anywhere close to IMPACT Wrestling until very recently.

Hardy came back looking for a second chance but Immortal isn't in favor of it.

Hardy already brawled with Jeff Jarrett twice and now Immortal is setting up another road block in the form of Bully Ray.

How will Hardy do in his first match back since March?

Number One Contender's Match

9 of 9

With Kurt Angle injured and James Storm as new champion, we need a new challenger.

A new challenger will be named in the form of another TNA original.

Bobby Roode and Samoa Joe will square off with a shot at newly crowned champion, James Storm, at Turning Point.

Either way, we'll get two TNA originals main eventing Turning Point but who will it be?

    Samoa Joe or Bobby Roode?
