Cooking in a vast area is always agreeable, and Coleen Rooney apparently shares this opinion. It was once made known that the couple considered their tennis court-sized kitchen—containing a tall fridge and breakfast bar—as the main part of their entire mansion.

Security was also a concern for the Rooneys during the building of their home. With a triple garage encompassing their cars, they thought it would be useful to have a £30,000 CCTV system.
