After a roller-coaster ride of a season that saw lows like Maryland losing to Middle Tennessee and highs yesterday the likes of Georgia Tech and Clemson beating their in-state rivals Georgia and South Carolina, two teams have found their way to Tampa.

And doggone if they don’t look just like the two teams that played for the ACC Championship last year: Virginia Tech and Boston College.

Georgia Tech, who came roaring back in the second half yesterday to beat Georgia; and Florida State, who got throttled by potential National Champion Florida were left on the outside looking in for the grand finale in sunny(?) Florida.
The Yellow Jackets and Seminoles lead a gaggle of 10 ACC teams who are now bowl eligible. Only Duke and Virginia will be home alone this holiday season.
