0 of 7

With five games down in the Will Muschamp Era, the Florida Gators have been impressive. They have had success on offense, defense and special teams.

And they have made improvements each week.

Now, UF is in the meat of what is one of the meatiest schedules in the country.

Here's a look at what is left in the Gators' regular season.

Louisiana State

1 of 7

    WHO: Louisiana State

    WHEN: Oct. 8

WHERE: Tiger Stadium (Baton Rouge, La.)

CURIOSITY FACTOR: Jarrett Lee has led the Tigers to an undefeated mark and the country's No. 1 ranking. However, former starting quarterback Jordan Jefferson was just reinstated. Will there be any kind of controversy there heading into the Florida game?

    WHO: Auburn

    WHEN: Oct. 15

    WHERE: Jordan-Hare Stadium (Auburn, Ala.)

CURIOSITY FACTOR: Gator coach Will Muschamp has had two stints at Auburn. He was a graduate assistant with the Tigers (1995-96) and later was the school's defensive coordinator (2006-07).

    WHO: Georgia

    WHEN: Oct. 29

    WHERE: Municipal Stadium (Jacksonville, Fla.)

    WHO: Vanderbilt

    WHEN: Nov. 5

    WHERE: Florida Field (Gainesville, Fla.)

CURIOSITY FACTOR: Florida is 33-9-2 all time against Vanderbilt with the average margin of victory being 26.9-13.8. Not one player from either team was born the last time the Commodores defeated the Gators.

South Carolina
