Bleacher ReportCorrespondent INovember 27, 2008

Bristol City striker, Steve Brooker has moved to Doncaster Rovers on a one month loan deal with a view to a permanent move in the January transfer window.

The player was initially set to be given a chance at the Ashton Gate club, but an offer came in at the very last minute on the loan deadline day which the club and player accepted.

The Red’s manager, Gary Johnson stated that he needed to gain some fitness and get some games under his belt.

Brooker could make his debut against Watford this weekend. His deal expires on December 28th.

Good luck Steve. Hope you return to City and get us into the Premier League!
