UFC 135 Results: The Jon Jones Hype Train Gains More Steam

Cody SlovenskyContributor IIOctober 25, 2016

UFC 135 was a solid card that saw Jon Jones successfully defend his title against Quinton Jackson in what many would call a weird performance.

Jones proved he is more than hype—that he is in fact the real deal. He has defeated two legends in a row, and now it is almost ridiculous not to jump on this bandwagon.

He is dominating all who come before him, and he doesn't appear to be slowing down anytime soon. His fight with Jackson showed that he is for real. The real question is: How long can he stay at light heavyweight? It's a tough one, because he is far from done growing and eventually he will be fighting guys who will cause serious threats for him.

It's official, Jones is for real. He was the better man tonight, and by finishing two legends back to back, that shows that the torch is passed and the future is bright with this one.

Is anyone going to stop him any time soon? This is MMA, anything can happen, but you must tune in to find out!
