Being a Dallas Cowboys fan and living in the Metroplex, I hear everything, good and bad, about the Cowboys. Many have said that bringing Pacman back is bad for the team and the image of the city.
This may be true, but it has little to do with whether or not he is worthy of another shot. How much does anyone really know about that night at the hotel in Dallas where Pac' had an altercation with a team body guard? Was this incident truly worthy of the press it received? Or was it because of his reputation?

I think the latter "drove the bus" and caused the firestorm. Is it possible that Goodell over reacted and pulled the trigger too quickly? Who knows? Let's face it, Pac' has been involved in numerous episodes more worthy of our time than this.
He has a tainted past that will never leave him. And for some, he is a target; someone that can be talked into situations that may put him at risk. It is what it is. Goodell and the league reinstated Jones because there was no other alternative.
The incident was suspect at best and by Pac' admitting himself into "rehab" he handled it perfectly. Only time will tell if he can keep himself out of trouble.
Pac', if you're reading this, stay home.
