GAME PREVIEW

The UAB Blazers go into Saturdays game vs Old Dominion at the Constant Center, 3-0 the Blazers came away with two huge wins, in the Pre-Season NIT. After wins over Santa Clara on Monday and the host team Arizona on Tuesday.  Before UAB travels to New York next week they have to make a stop to play Old Dominion, who beat Charlotte 69-68 in the season opener.  The Blazers are returning the trip this weekend that the Monarchs made last year to Bartow losing 70-57. 

The key for the Blazers will be to keep the big 6-10 Gerald Lee from Finland off the glass and taking away the second chance points.  Another big factor could be the quick turnaround from Tucson and not looking forward to # 12 Oklahoma on Wednesday.

The game will be tip at 3 P.M. CT and can be heard on 107.7 FM in Birmingham.
