Lakers-Raptors: Kobe Loves Toronto

Kobe Bryant rolled into Toronto and added another 46-point game to his repertoire, leading the Lakers to a 121-101 win over the Raptors.

The loss stopped the Raptors' six-game winning streak.

Bryant was definitely the star of the game. All the Raptors could do is watch in amazement as Kobe danced his way around the court. The fans got their money's worth and didn't seem to mind watching the home team lose.

It was two years ago Kobe had an astonishing 81-point performance against the Raptors. 

"We only come here once a year," Bryant said, on playing up to the crowd. "Some people are here and it is the only chance they get to see me, sometimes it is a first time so I want to make sure that I go out, put on a good performance."

Andrea Bargnani had 28 points and tried in vain not to let Kobe steal the show. It was a lost cause as Kobe made some rim-rattling dunks and some impressive spin moves.

Chris Bosh completed the evening with 22 points and 15 rebounds.

Bryant scored 13 points in the third; his 3-pointer early in the quarter put Los Angeles up by 11. Toronto fought back once again to make it a two-point Lakers' lead late in the quarter, but Bryant ended the quarter with a three with 11 seconds on the clock and L.A. led 83-77 with a quarter left to play.

One fan had a sign saying, "We'll trade the Leafs for Kobe."

I don't think Kobe loves Toronto that much.
