Top College Basketball Recruit LJ Rose Commits to Baylor
Class of 2012 guard LJ Rose announced via Facebook that he has committed to the University of Baylor. Rose also received offers from Arizona, Memphis, Virginia, and Texas.
ESPN ranks Rose as the 73rd best player in a strong 2012 class. Along with Rose, Baylor has a commitment from 7-footer Isaiah Austin. Austin is the #1 center in his class and the third best player
overall, according to ESPN. Baylor will now most likely focus on bringing in a shooting guard or small forward having already added recruits at the point guard and center positions.
Rose projects to be a fantastic player for Baylor. He has great ball handling skills as well as being an above average passer. He also has the ability to score when his team needs it. At 6'3'', Rose has great size and uses his bounce to get to the hoop and finish.
