Hello, folks, and welcome! I have been writing for Bleacher Report for just over four months now and have seen a few Diva articles come and go, and I figured I’d give it a shot.
I believe my list will be in a surprising order to most.
To keep it fresh from the generic “All-time” lists, I have decided to split the rankings up into three categories.
The first is the Divas of the Attitude Era.
There were many to choose from, but I have chosen the ones that I think were the hottest/sexiest, etc., in my opinion, of course.
So sit back, relax and enjoy.
I’m sure you will whatever the outcome!
I just had to mention Debra despite her not making this limited list.
Her “puppies,” as they were coined, were the subject of much enjoyment, especially for Jerry “The King” Lawler.
I’ll never forget him screaming with excitement as she would unbutton her top to distract the opponents of the wrestlers she managed.
Not a stereotypically hot Diva, but she certainly had a sexy edge to her that other Divas didn’t have.
Wearing a thong hiked high above her pants, she represented a rebellious, extreme woman, who didn’t adhere to the normal attire and look that society demanded.
This set her apart and allowed her to reach the highest heights as a Diva.
A four-time WWE Women’s Champion, Lita was not just an alternative to the common aesthetics of WWE Divas, but a force to be reckoned with.
Pro Wrestling Illustrated voted her Woman of the Year in 2001.
Working for the company from 1997-2001, Chyna certainly became notorious for her role as the Ninth Wonder of the World.
Chyna didn’t become an attractive Diva until the year 2000, where she became more glamorous as she involved herself with Eddie Guerrero.
Adopting the moniker “Mamacita,” she became attractive to the audience, as Eddy wooed her week in week out, with numerous romantic conquests.
It was around this time she posed for Playboy, just as Sable had done a few years previous.
She also had success with a sex tape with her former lover X-Pac, released in 2004, and is now pursuing a career in the porn industry.
Though she was only in the WWF for a short time (1999-2001), she certainly made an impact and proved herself to be one of the hottest Divas in professional wrestling at that time.
Blonde or brunette, it didn’t matter, she demanded attention.
Examples of her risqué performances included flashing her breasts at Armageddon 1999 and coming out in a bubble-wrap bikini for a Miss Rumble contest at Royal Rumble 2000.
She did capture the Women’s Championship just once, but her main role was to be eye candy for the drooling male fans.
Sable arguably defined the Diva role.
She was the first Diva to claim herself as such, the first to pose for Playboy, and she paved the way for women in the WWE.
Competing in the WWE from 1996-1999, she was responsible for making the Divas division a main attraction in the company. To not include her in this list would be a travesty.
She started as Marc Mero’s valet but soon surpassed his popularity and became a roving success on her own. She briefly returned in 2003 but soon left to concentrate on other things.
Trish made her debut in the year 2000, serving as the manager for Test and Albert.
Since then, she has become a seven-time Women’s Champion and one of the most respected Divas in the company.
She was presented as a master of seduction in an angle with Vince McMahon, enough to make any man weak at the knees.
She was the epitome of sexy and represented a new era of Diva after the Attitude Era.
One cannot argue with the Diva of the Decade title she has earned.
They all possess that ability to ooze sexiness and I believe I put them in the correct order—but of course, everyone’s different.
Do you agree with my choices? Do you believe I missed anyone?
If so, then please leave a comment with your opinion. Who would be your top five?
I always reply to all comments if I can.
Thanks for reading!
