The Pittsburgh Steelers and Carolina Panthers get together at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina at 8 pm for their final NFL Preseason game in 2011.

Pittsburgh is 2-1 this preseason with victories over the Philadelphia Eagles and Atlanta Falcons. Its only loss came in Week 1 against Rex Grossman and the Washington Redskins.

The Steelers have looked great in the preseason aside from Week 1. Their inability to stay away from the injury bug has been a problem, and that is exactly what to watch for in tonight’s game.

Carolina is 1-2 with losses against the Miami Dolphins and Cincinnati Bengals. The Panthers defeated the New York Giants 20-10 in Week 1.

Cam Newton has been decent through the first three games. He holds a 43 percent completion percentage—not so good, but he hasn’t turned the ball over in 49 attempts. However, his only touchdown came from a run against the Bengals.

Carolina has put some pieces around the rookie quarterback to help ease him into a tough situation. Greg Olsen and Jeremy Shockey will be Newton’s best friends this season. Also, DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart will help out Newton if they are able to be successful against eight men in the box.
