Mark Cuban Charged, but not guilty

Wow...speculation is running rampant. Hundreds if outlets are pushing a variety of stories around the SECs charge against Mark Cuban, so who's to know what is fact. We do know he has been charged, but we do not know if he is guilty. In order to be fair, always get a broad scope of data so that you are well-informed, and don't jump to conclusion; charge does not mean guilty.
