The fantasy football season is fast approaching and so is your league's big draft day. You need to know what players to be wary of and who to target in the later rounds.

Think back to the the 2010 fantasy draft. DeAngelo Williams was a consensus top 15 pick but a huge flop. If you used an early pick on him, it was likely you had a tough season. On the other hand, if you snagged a somewhat unknown mid-round running back named Arian Foster, you probably won you your league.

Fantasy football is as much about the sleepers as the stars, though. At the end of the regular season, players that took you to the fantasy playoffs suddenly play only half the game as they rest for their playoffs. Finding and adding sleepers like 2010's Rob Gronkowski, Josh Freeman and Brandon Lloyd will help avoid this fantasy-reality football paradox.

Is Michael Vick really a can't miss? How can both Jonathan Stewart and DeAngelo Williams be ranked in the top half of the draft? Why isn't there any love for Kevin Kolb in Arizona? I'm going to address these questions so you stay away from the overrated stars.

Will Kenny Britt be starting from opening day? Can Lee Evans get back to his pre-Ryan Fitzpatrick self? What about the back ups for injury-prone stars? I'll answer these questions and more to help you locate and secure sleepers.

There are players each and every season that surprise--for better, for worse. Knowing who those guys are will win you the championship.
