Preseason College Football Rankings 2011: Razorbacks Look Razor Sharp
Bobby Petrino certainly knows how to run a pro style offense, and Arkansas is proof of that.
In 2010, Petrino, led by departed quarterback Ryan Mallet, led the Razorbacks to a 10-2 finish and a trip to the Rose Bowl. With a plethora of offensive talent consistently in Arkansas, Tyler Wilson has plenty to work with, and will be fine working in the starting role.
The Achilles Heel of Arkansas? Their inconsistent defense. With such a strong offense, their defense has been inconsistent since Petrino's arrival, especially earlier this season when they allowed over fifty points in one game against the Auburn Tigers. They need to find leadership and playmaking ability better on the defensive side of the ball.
