WWE: How Triple H Is Bringing Back the Best
Triple H has been in charge of the backstage area of WWE for well over a year now. He has gotten used to what it takes to do the job and why it must be done. With him at the helm since the CM Punk storyline, Raw has been a must-watch for wrestling fans, and the PPV's have been top notch.
Now, WWE Chairman Vince McMahon himself always has to give the okay in order for something to go through, but Triple H has let the wrestlers backstage be themselves. He has the laid back attitude that the company needs in order to let the superstars shine in their own ways.
Since Triple H has come back with his new role, the product has gotten better, unpredictability has ensued, the superstars perform better while having better feuds, wrestlers are getting recognized that would not have before, and there is a feeling that the IWC is making a huge difference for the WWE.
There are plenty of people out there who go on and say that the IWC does not make a difference in the WWE. Since WWE has referenced them multiple times, mostly in the John Cena/ CM Punk feud, that could be put to rest.
Also, had the Punk promo not gotten the response they gave it, the feud would have not continued the way it had.
That said, back to Triple H. With him in this role he has been talking about bringing back the tag team division.
Do you believe HHH is making WWE better?
This is something the IWC has been talking about non-stop because WWE has been lacking hugely with it. The tag team division being revised would be great for the mid-card, would give the titles meaning again, and most importantly will bring attention to superstars.
In order to show his seriousness of this, HHH himself has reached out to many tag teams and given them WWE tryouts. What the results are have not been talked about yet, but the future for the division seems bright. He has not stopped looking for tag teams and is determined to get quality ones to really revamp it up. That attitude to make the WWE product even better is what WWE needs to become bigger.
It does not stop there. Triple H additionally wants the Diva Division back as well. People do not have to go to the IWC to know just how bad the division has been. The matches are short, hardly any of them can wrestle, Kelly Kelly is a barbie doll, and some of the best divas left because of lack of use.
The Divas division has always been something to laugh at because there is nothing to offer there. WWE has always recruited models instead of wrestlers, and when they do have Diva wrestlers they would always market the model ones.
As recent as 2009 the Divas division was very respectable and was always great to watch. This is what Triple H has been aiming for. He brought in Kharma to shake up the division and for the short time she was there, she had done just that. She was a hit with the crowds and the IWC because she was not a pretty, adorable, lovable, look-at-me-I'm-pretty Diva.
Kharma was huge, dressed in all black, and was an I'm-going-to-destroy-everyone diva. She had attitude, killed everyone in the ring, and looked like she could run with male heavyweights. She had to leave because of pregnancy and will return when in less than a year. When she does, she is going to destroy every Diva there.
There is still more attempts to try to reboot the division in her absence because Beth Phoenix is running with the attitude of bringing honor and prestige back to the title. Hopefully this is something that will continue.
Finally, Triple H appears to be interested in bringing back the cruiserweight division with the addition of Sin Cara, and a possible feud with a real and fake one; as well as talking to many luachdors to bring into the WWE. This would also bring the spotlight to Tyson Kidd and Evan Bourne, who've hardly been used.
This has been talked about for as long as I have been part of the IWC and I myself have made an article about bringing that title back. If that is the case, and he is bringing it back, the only thing left to do is make it dual-brand so it adds to both shows.
Triple H since taking power has shown he wants to make WWE better and bring it as high as it can go. He has made decisions that has bettered the company and in the future will continue to do so.
There have been talks that he is overrated as a wrestler. Those people are entitled to their opinions, but when it comes to being in charge, he has been nothing but top notch.
Thank you for reading! I hope you enjoyed. Let me know your thoughts on the article, how I did, as well as your opinions on how Triple H has done thus far. Check out my other articles and comment on those as well! I appreciate all the feedback I can get!
