How To Simply Fix College Football: (Not That Is Broken)

IcemanCorrespondent IJuly 21, 2016

Forget playoffs, forget trying to fix the bcs, both of those wouldn't work.  I have a very simple idea that would make the regular season and bowl games much more interesting.  use all of the polls and find the top 25 teams in the nation.  then, use all but one of their non-conference games and match them up with other top 25 teams.

This would take away cupcake games thought the season, but not stop rivalry's (like USC and Notre dame) who play every year.  This would also get rid of the pretenders early in the year.

the non conference games would have much more draw than before.  The only real problem this creates is independent teams would be screwed, but putting them in a conference would fix that.
