Why SLAM Magazine is Off the Hook: A Definitive List

Amanda RobertsonContributor INovember 11, 2008

With their "I'mma write what I wanna" attitude, the writers entice you to want to read it.
They expose the real, funny, and sometimes not-so-nice views of basketball players and their ways.

Sports Illustrated? No thanks. Those 30 pages of Golf Plus just kill me. It's not worth subscribing to this magazine if you're a basketball fan. Its 4 pages of NBA/College basketball coverage will leave you heartbroken. I need a magazine that's all about what I love—basketball. And SLAM's got it.

SLAM's also got hookups. How else can you have the chance to cash in each week and win fly prizes?

Maybe its Chris O'Leary's insanely good looks.

Or maybe they're just cool like the other side of the pillow.

Congrats to SLAM Magazine for their 123rd issue!
