WWE Raw: Let the Unpredictability Begin Once Again

Last night's ending to WWE's SummerSlam Pay-Per-View was nothing short of chaotic.

After a great main event—itself creating controversy with John Cena's foot being on the rope and HHH himself not seeing it—even more shock and awe was produced after it.

CM Punk was celebrating his win against Cena when out of nowhere appeared a person from the crowd who went over the barricade, entering into the ring. When Punk got off the ropes and turned around, he saw it was someone we have not seen in a long time.

It was Kevin Nash.

He laid out Punk with a vicious clothesline. As HHH, who was then going to the back, turned around he saw Nash then jackknife power-bomb Punk in the middle of the ring. Moments afterward, Alberto Del Rio made his way to the ring with his Money in the Bank briefcase and a referee in hand.  He cashed in the case and waited until the bell rang.

Del Rio then kicked a weakened Punk in the head, pinning Punk on the way to being crowned the new Undisputed WWE Champion.

HHH, still shocked and confused about what has gone on, was talking to the referee about why he counted for Del Rio when he was the one still there in his referee gear. While there was no real answer to it, Del Rio remained celebrating on the ramp as the new champion while HHH remained just as shocked as the Staples Center crowd in Los Angeles, CA.

This now brings RAW into the equation. What is going to happen on RAW? There is a lot, and I do mean A LOT  to be talked about tonight.

Was there a screw job? Did Nash appear because of orders from Stephanie McMahon or Del Rio? Is Del Rio really the champion as there is the rule that the opponent must be standing at the start of the match? Is he going to defend his title successfully against Rey Mysterio? What about the rematch clauses? Cena has one and someone did something to screw Punk up. Does HHH really know what happened or is just as shocked as everyone else?

That was a paragraph full of questions and I still have one more that may or may not be important.

If Del Rio was to lose to Mysterio tonight for the title (Del Rio has a rematch clause I am sure), what happens with the title situation for the next PPV and how will Del Rio react to losing it?

While many disagree with Punk getting the title taken off of him so early, including myself, there is something we know for certain: No one but the WWE knows what the hell is going on here.

I have heard and seen many rants about SummerSlam being a bad PPV because of this chaotic ending, and I wholly disagree because this is EXACTLY what we want from WWE.

It struck us right in the heart last night and unless Nash turns into one-time use that was only meant to give Del Rio the title, this show just got a hell of a lot more interesting. WWE is heading in a direction.

What direction that is not many are too sure of.

I would rather not have it any other way. Continue on WWE, cause you are doing something right thus far. Let us all hope they do not mess it up.
