Bulls Host Undefeated Hawks Tonight in Chicago

Tonight the Bulls play host to the undefeated Atlanta Hawks.

On paper this looks like a good match-up.  The Hawks are averaging 96 points per game while the Bulls are averaging just under that with 95.5.  The Hawks defense has been tremendous thus far in the season allowing an average of only 85.8 points a game.

The Bulls at times have struggled on offense this season, which will be their Achilles heel tonight against this defensive team.  If Derrick Rose and Ben Gordon are on, look out for a high scoring, fast paced game.  If the Bulls are out of sync, look for the Hawks to walk away with their sixth straight victory of the season.

The Bulls do have the series advantage, if that means anything, winning their last seven at home against the Hawks and averaging 100.3 points during those games.

Chicago will be looking to rebound after a tough loss to Cleveland on Saturday night.  Cleveland’s King James outshined Chicago’s scoring leaders Ben Gordon and Derek Rose and for the second time this season, Chicago fell to Cleveland.

Tonight’s game is on CSN-Chicago at 8:30 Eastern Time.
