Mikel LeShoure, the Detroit Lions stud RB high draft pick, was carted off the practice field today in what appears to be a serious lower leg injury.  On the ground, LeShoure reached for an area immediately beneath his left knee.

LeShoure had been having a great camp thus far.  The injury occurred during a practice in which players were in full pads after an off day on Sunday.

Wide receiver Titus Young caught four passes in an early passing drill before going to the locker room with what appears to be a return of the hamstring injury that has kept him out of practices until today.

On a brighter note, offensive starting right tackle Gosder Cherilus participated in his first training camp session since having microfracture surgery during the offseason.
