Mike Lawrie/Getty Images has released the squads which will start in the Community Shield for 2011. Some key things to note about the squads include the inclusion of Sergio Aguero on the bench for Manchester City, and the inclusion of David De Gea and Ashley Young for Manchester United.

The respective starting XI's are as follows:

Manchester City

Hart; Richards, Kompany, Lescott, Kolarov; De Jong, Yaya Toure, Milner; Silva, Dzeko, Balotelli

Manchester United

De Gea; Smalling, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra; Nani, Carrick, Anderson, Young; Rooney, Welbeck

Surprisingly, Welbeck will be starting up front instead of Berbatov, whilst Javier Hernandez will not feature due to the concussion he experienced whilst in the United States.

New Manchester City signings Clichy and Savic will also have to be content with a starting spot on the bench. However, what everyone is surely talking about is the naming of Aguero on the bench.

There is a very good reason for Mancini's decision, Aguero has been suffering from blisters on his feet and could not endure a whole match. Balotelli will start alonside Dzeko upfront.

From the squads listed, Manchester City look the stronger of the two. They will look to defeat United for the second consecutive time in two games at Wembley. Don't count the Red Devils out though, as they will be looking for redemption, whilst Young will surely be eager to make an impact for United.
