Kevin Boss: A Terrific Tight End, but a Better Human Being
According to ESPN, the Oakland Raiders have come to terms with New York Giants tight end Kevin Boss on a four-year, $16 million deal.
Excellent news considering he will replace Pro Bowl tight end Zach Miller, who stung the Raiders by signing with the Seattle Seahawks.
Kevin Boss is a superior blocking TE and was underused in the passing game for the Giants. But more than just a TE, Kevin Boss is a terrific role model. Have a look at this article written by Ralph Vacchiano of the New York Daily News on November 26, 2008.
I think Raider Nation is going to like this Boss.
