Malcom Floyd, the athletically gifted former San Diego Charger, is one of the top free agents still available.
Floyd is one of the hardest players to game plan against in the NFL because of his unique size. There aren't many wide receivers in football's history who have been 6'5", 225 lbs. Not only is he huge, but he can also jump through the roof.
Those reasons are what allow him to be successful. His 37 receptions in 11 games last season might not blow your mind, but when you average 19.4 yards per catch (fourth in the league) and catch six touchdowns, those 37 receptions are a lot more impressive.
With that in mind, it comes as no surprise that Floyd is being pursued heavily by a multitude of teams. The Baltimore Ravens, Minnesota Vikings, and Arizona Cardinals are in hot pursuit, with San Diego doing whatever they can to retain their talented wideout.
Floyd is expected to make a decision soon, so check back here for all the latest news.
