P.U. That's all I have to say about the last 3 games the Leafs have played.

Surprise, surprise...Antro-karovsky are finding new and creative ways to show that being a Leafs veteran means total mastery of LEAFITIS!.

To be honest I'm not surprised, as my early articles will attest to.

What I'm seeing in the last 3 games is quite honestly what I was expecting all along.

I watch a lot of hockey because I work in hockey broadcasting, so I get to see what is going on across the league on a nightly basis.

What I'm seeing is a lot of other teams coming together finally, and the Leafs doing the complete opposite.

Granted it is only 3 bad games, but I'm starting to get the sinking feeling like Luke Schenn is gonna wish he went down instead of staying around (money not factored into the equation).

We have a multiple year pattern that shows that the twin towers simply cannot play consistantly over more than six games.

It's a mystery to me as to why they can't, but they haven't seemed to be able to sustain any high level play for more than a few games before reverting back to self defeating hockey.

I shrug my shoulders and shake my head and hope for the other teams to think that Kyle Wellwood is a watermark deal. Then maybe other teams may want some more of these self destructing players. I say have a fire sale.

Keep the young talent, the new pickups minus Holweg and ditch the rest.
