Adam Schefter of ESPN is reporting that Matt Hasselbeck and the Tennessee Titans have reached a multi-year deal to bring in the longtime Seahawk.

The person who should be most happy about this is rookie quarterback Jake Locker.

A lot of analysts feel the Titans reached by taking him so high; however, with Hasselbeck the likely starter in 2011, Locker has time on the bench to mature and learn the NFL game.

Also, if the Titans have a rocky start, which they could if Chris Johnson holds out, it doesn't put any more undue pressure on the young QB's shoulders.
