Michael Phelps' week at the Swimming World Championships has really gotten off to a rough start.
First there was the 400m freestyle relay defeat on Sunday (Phelps and the U.S. finished third), and Tuesday morning he was beaten by teammate Ryan Lochte in the 200m freestyle.
