Though the Braves fell to the Rockies 12-3 Monday night, things might actually be looking up for Atlanta.

Dan Uggla has continued his hot streak from before the All-Star break and is in the middle of an 11-game hitting streak, hitting a pair of solo homers Tuesday night.

During that span, Uggla is hitting .341 with an on-base percentage of .438.  Those numbers are staggering considering his average and on-base percentage were .173 and .241 before the streak.

In addition, he's belted five homers and driven in eight runs while also scoring 12.

He's raised his average 19 points during the past 11 games and is nearing the feared Mendoza line.

He will attempt to tie his career-high hitting streak Wednesday evening as the Braves take on the Rockies' Juan Nicasio at 8:40 pm.
