Last night on Monday Night RAW, Triple H interrupted Vince McMahon when he was about to fire John Cena and told Mr. McMahon about the Board's decision to relieve Vince K. McMahon of his duties.

That was on TV and, as most of us know, what happens on TV—for the most part—is not essentially true.

But former WWE star X-Pac tweeted the following about the incident:

"That was the real deal, that last 5 or however many minutes."

Sean Waltman is a very close friend of Triple H, and he is one of the guys who is scouting talent along with The Undertaker and Kevin Nash.

So there is some legitimacy to his claim, and it is not hard to believe that Vince is finally stepping down. Vince McMahon, 65, has run the WWE for nearly four decades, and the only other family member still involved with the business is his daughter, Stephanie McMahon.

Nonetheless, this news has only been confirmed by Sean Waltman. There is still some doubt. More on this as details become available.

Wrestlezone.com reports that CNBC reporter Darren Rovell also has something to say about this incident.
