21. Boise State Broncos (5-2 ATS, 8-0 SU) (LW: NR)

Boise State spanked New Mexico State 49-0 to run its winning streak to eight games. The Broncos are probably four wins away from a return trip to the BCS and will start that quest against a Utah State team that they’re a perfect 8-0 ATS against since 1997.

Next Up: Home vs. Utah State (-31.5)

22. Southern California Trojans (5-3 ATS, 7-1 SU) (LW: NR)

USC is starting to look like a real championship squad again, and it's thanks to their defense. They gave up 27 points to Oregon State back on Sept. 25 but have only allowed 30 points to the other seven teams on their schedule. They’ll get a better test this week from a Cal squad that averages 36.4 points per game.

Next Up: Home vs. California (-17)

23. Texas Tech Red Raiders (4-2-1 ATS, 9-0 SU) (LW: NR)

The guns are all up in Lubbock. Texas Tech knocked off the Longhorns 39-33 on Saturday night and is now ranked No. 2 in the BCS. It was the second straight cover for the Red Raiders, who have another big time showdown with Oklahoma State, the only undefeated ATS team in the nation, this weekend.

Next Up: Home vs. Oklahoma State (-4)

24. Alabama Crimson Tide (6-3 ATS, 9-0 SU) (LW: NR)

After a long absence, Alabama returns to the power poll after rolling Arkansas State 35-0 over the weekend. It’ll be a homecoming for HC Nick Saban when the Tide roll into the Bayou to do battle with LSU. They are 4-0 ATS in games away from Tuscaloosa this season.

Next Up: Away @ LSU (-3)

25. Rice Owls (6-3 ATS, 6-3 SU) (LW: NR)

Rice has now covered three straight games after beating UTEP 49-44 as short favorites on Saturday. The Owls scored at least 40 points in each of those games and should be headed to their second bowl game in over two decades. They’re a perfect 3-0 SU and ATS at home this season and will play their final three games in the comfort of their own backyard.

Next Up: Home vs. Army (-9.5)

Dropped Out: Iowa (16), Army (18), San Jose State (19), Troy (21), Oregon State (23), Notre Dame (25)
