11. Tulsa Golden Hurricane (6-2 ATS, 8-1 SU) (LW: 6)

Tulsa’s BCS dreams were dashed by the Razorbacks last week, falling just short in its 30-23 defeat. Arkansas “held” the Tulsa offense to 528 total yards, which dropped its average yards per game to a mere 593.

Next Up: Bye

12. Vanderbilt Commodores (6-2 ATS, 5-3 SU) (LW: 11)

The quest for bowl eligibility for Vandy continues on Saturday, but things probably won’t be the easy for the Commodores. The Gators are coming to town, and they haven’t lost to the Commodores in 16 consecutive seasons.

Next Up: Home vs. Florida (+24.5)

13. Florida International Golden Panthers (6-2 ATS, 3-5 SU) (LW: 8)

FIU ran into a buzzsaw last week against Louisiana-Lafayette, dropping 49-20. The loss snapped a five-game cover streak for the Golden Panthers, who return home next week for just the third time this season.

Next Up: Home vs. Arkansas State (+3)

14. Northern Illinois Huskies (5-2 ATS, 5-3 SU) (LW: 13)

The Huskies were off last week but now have the daunting task of traveling to Muncie to take on the undefeated Cardinals. Though they’ve dropped two of their L/3 games ATS, they’re 4-0 ATS on the road this season.

Next Up: Away @ Ball State (+9.5)

15. Air Force Falcons (6-2 ATS, 7-2 SU) (LW: 15)

No one recorded more than 42 yards of offense for the Falcons against Army, but it wasn’t a worry for Air Force bettors. The Falcons won 16-7, narrowly covering the 7.5-point spread. They’re still alive for the MWC title but will need to take out Colorado State next week to keep in the hunt.

Next Up: Home vs. Colorado State (-10)

16. Duke Blue Devils (5-2 ATS, 4-4 SU) (LW: 17)

The Dookies are going to kick themselves for not putting Wake Forest away when they had them down. Instead they lost 33-30 in overtime and are still in search of two more victories to reach bowl eligibility. They’ve still had a fantastic season against the spread, as the five wins are just one shy of last season’s total.

Next Up: Home vs. North Carolina State (-4.5)

17. Temple Owls (6-2-1 ATS, 3-6 SU) (LW: 20)

Temple moved to 3-1 ATS in non-conference games when it stuck within the eight-point spread against Navy by losing 33-27 in overtime. It’ll have two weeks to prepare for Kent State, a team it is 0-2 ATS against since joining the MAC.

Next Up: Bye

18. Arizona Wildcats (6-2 ATS, 5-3 SU) (LW: 22)

The Wildcats were off this week and have fantastic news for the week to come. They’re set to take on Washington State, the only team in America who has yet to cover a spread this year.

Next Up: Away @ Washington State (-39)

19. North Carolina State Wolfpack (5-2 ATS, 2-6 SU) (LW: 24)

ACC play hasn’t been a thing of beauty for HC Tom O’Brien since coming to NCSU from Boston College. His Wolfpack are now losers of six straight in conference, but the good news is that they’re a perfect 4-0 ATS this season.

Next Up: Away @ Duke (+4.5)

20. California Golden Bears (6-2 ATS, 6-2 SU) (LW: NR)

Thanks to a 5-0 SU and ATS home record, Cal is in contention for the Pac-10 title. Unfortunately, the Bears head to USC next week to do battle with the Trojans with their Rose Bowl hopes on the line.

Next Up: Away @ Southern California (+17)
