Spoiler Alert:

Last night's Money in the Bank pay-per-view has me as giddy as a schoolgirl.  I have never been more excited after a PPV and never looked forward to Raw and Smackdown with more anticipation. Long gone are the days of Austin and the Rock.  As great as they were, this is greater still because it shows us someone in the WWE is listening.

Before last night, who honestly thought Daniel Bryan would win a MITB match?  That Christian would be world champ again?  That CM Punk would actually walk out of Chicago with the title?  All of these events were in our hearts and minds but we really didn't BELIEVE it!

If you missed the pay-per-view, you missed a truly epic show, a show where the undersized guys who can wrestle won.  Both ladder matches were great and although not as good as they have been in the past, in my opinion the best wrestler in both matches won.  Daniel Bryan might not be as charismatic as others, but he knows how to get it done in the ring.  And while Alberto Del Rio's character might be getting a little dull, he has his fans among the Internet Wrestling Community (IWC) and his in-ring work is top-notch.

Christian carried Randy Orton to the best match he has had in years and although it didn't end with a clean win for Christian, I think we will all take what we can get.

And CM Punk...wow, just wow.  I truly believe that was one of the best matches of John Cena's career and will go down in the record books as a match we will all remember, a match that capped off the shift back to quality in-ring action.  That was the focus of MITB, in-ring action.

We saw a shift from the over-sized muscle men to the smaller, truly talented, athletes.  In Daniel Bryan, Christian and CM Punk we got exactly what we have been asking for.  Three men that most of the IWC regards as the best in the world are at the top of world.

Now, go buy their shirts before Vince changes his mind!
