After a spectacular season that saw them reach the Champions League, Napoli have gone out and bolstered their squad ahead of the 2011/2012 season. They have already secured and offloaded a number of players, but this surely has to be the pick of the bunch.

This player signed from Udinese after much speculation he was going to join Inter and Juventus. However, aside from the actual transfer saga, it is the unveiling of the player that has the world talking.

Napoli took an unorthodox approach to revealing their player, an approach that is surely going to win Gokhan Inler some fans—and fast!

Will This Player Prove to Be the "Lion King" in Midfield?

While most player unveiling's pride themselves on a boring press conference, where the media gets the chance to ask straight forward questions, Napoli's conference went above and beyond.

After a countdown from 10, two men walked in accompanied by a player with a "lion head" placed over his face. The audience was oblivious to who this signing was. Besides from the fact that they couldn't see his face, his number was not shown until just prior to him taking of the "lion head."

When Gokhan Inler finally revealed himself, he was met with much applause. Smiling in the process, he sat down and the conference continued as normal, with a much livelier feel to the atmosphere.

Inler will surely bolster Napoli's midfield. The workhorse when mixed with Hamsik, Gargano and Maggio will surely prove to be one of the best teams in Italy this year. Combined with their three pronged attack upfront Napoli will definitely try and push for the knock out stages of the Champions League.
