Daily Haze: Obama, McCain and football

Daily Haze

As if there has not been enough election coverage lately, Presidential hopefuls Barack Obama and John McCain plan to make a last-minute appeal to the American public on Monday Night Football.

And of all people, ESPN’s Chris Berman will be interviewing the candidates. It is only fitting that this Monday’s game is in Washington D.C., right?

Hopefully McCain will flex some football muscle, because we already know that Obama can pick a mean fantasy lineup. Remember to vote next Tuesday!

Here are today’s great reads:

  • Larry Johnson practices, but his fantasy owners need to look elsewhere again this weekend. [FanHouse]
  • T.J. Houshmandzadeh does not think the Bengals should bring Carson Palmer back this year. [ProFootballTalk]
  • David Garrard has been pretty hot, it might be a good time to sell him. [The Fantasy Football Geek Blog]
  • Make sure to get all of your Arizona and St. Louis players in the lineup this weekend. [Real Football 365]
