Forget spurs, forget the league table, forget what Chelsea, Liverpool and Man Utd are doing! Now is the time. Play every minute as if it were your last! Take no prisoners and show no mercy!

That would be my advice to the players in the dressing room before this weekend's game at Stoke.

I wrote my first ever article previewing the spurs game and i jinxed it so i am not going to write an article predicting an outcome for this game as i do not want to jinx it again.

The question i have been asking myself is, can Arsene motivate the players to be really up for a game against struggling Stoke away from home? Well i certainly hope so but i think the players shouldn't need any motivation they should be well up for this one to show the fans that Wednesday night was just a freak accident.

We dont just need a captain's performance from someone tomorrow, we need a captain's performance from everyone! Why? Because Stoke will do what every other team does against us, which is get men behind the ball and frustrate us, be physical and rely on set piece's, more specifically throw in's.

They have a long throw expert and we are typically bad at defending set piece's so we need to be on our toes for the whole 90 minutes, not 88 or 89, 90 minutes regardless of the scoreline.

Forget trying to predict the outcome of this one, come on Arsene, come on you reds lets see a performance worthy of the club, the fan's support and worthy of the right to wear the Arsenal badge!
