Mark Mulder to the Cincinnati Reds?

Eli GreenspanSenior Analyst IOctober 30, 2008

According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, former Cardinals GM and current Reds GM Walt Jocketty may pursue free agent pitcher Mark Mulder who he traded for when he was the Cardinals GM. Jocketty confesses to liking the pitcher despite his struggles to stay healthy, and plans to review his records before deciding whether or not to make a move.

The Reds are also expected to pursue a right handed bat, and may look to Josh Willingham of the Marlins.

Mulder has reportedly said that San Diego is on his list, but it is getting to that point in his career where he will have to take whatever he can get.
