Brad Lidge > Francisco Rodriguez
No knock on K-Rod, but the saves title takes a lot of luck, while converting every single save is pure skill. Including the entire postseason, Lidge converted every single save opportunity, which is the most impressive feat for a reliever this year, more so than K-Rod's shiny new record.
Lidge also had a better ERA, better WHIP, and more strikeouts. I don't think there's any dispute as to who had a better season. Very impressive for a guy who lost his job last year.
